Terms
and Conditions
- Prices:
All prices shown are F.O.B. our warehouse in Mississauga.
Prices are subject to change with or without notice. GST and
PST are extra as applicable.
- Terms:
A) Net 30 days for all Canadian Customers with established
credit. A service charge of 2.5% per month will be added for
over due accounts. A $25 dollar charge will be debited against
an account for N.S.F. cheque.
B) Canadian customers without established credit can
pay by Visa, Master card, American Express, Money Order or
Certified cheque.
- Conditions:
In case of a custom order, 50% of the order value shall be
payable as a down payment and the balance payment at the time
of delivery. Customers shall have the responsibility to inspect
all the merchandise, provided by them prior to screen printing.
No credit shall be provided to a screened item.
- Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS standard service or via Canada
Post unless specific instructions are provided by the Customers

Returns
and exchanges:
A) All
merchandise must be accompanied with receipt
B) Shipping back merchandise is the responsibility
of the customer.
New merchandise ( Not washed, worn, altered or soiled and
suitable for resale
may be returned for exchange within 21 days of purchase. If
new merchandise is returned within 22 - 60 days of purchase
there is a 15% restocking charge. After 60 days goods will
not be accepted.
C) No returns are acceptable on custom or clearance
items.
D) Oversize package charge
on big size items may apply.

WARRANTY:
We ship products which are free from all defects in terms
of material and workmanship. If a product fails to perform
its intended function within 30 days from the date of purchase
it shall be repaired or replaced by us free of charge.
Customers are asked to contactl our sales department for a
return authorization number before shipping the defective
product to us. No returns shall be accepted by us without
the return authorization number.

Disclaimer:
Sparring equipment is designed to provide a margin of safety
in case of accidental contact manufacturer recommends a complete
set of safety equipment to be worn at all times by both competitors,
including boots, shin pad, forearm pads, rib pad and headgear.
User assumes all risks of injury.

potential serious injury. The products feature in this catalogue
will provide only a limited degree of protection and are not
warranted to protect the user from such injury. In addition,
depending on usage, the protective quality will diminish in
time. The user must assume the full responsibility for any
injury sustained through the use of these products
